Service Terms & Engagement Framework

Project Initiation
Upon signing the agreement, our recruitment process begins immediately. The first set of qualified candidate profiles will be shared within 3 business days.
End-to-End Coordination
We manage the complete hiring cycle including candidate engagement, interview scheduling and client coordination.
Timely Closures
We ensure efficient hiring outcomes and close positions within the agreed timeline.
Payment Terms
Payment is due within 30 days from the candidate's joining date.
Replacement
One-time free replacement if the selected candidate leaves within the replacement period.
Profile Ownership Validity
Candidate profiles remain valid for 12 months from the date of submission.
Transparent Pricing
No hidden charges. Professional fee is 8.33% of the annual CTC of the selected candidate.
